Who am I?
I’m Meg, and I’ve spent the last six years working in the entertainment industry—both in front of the camera and behind it. And honestly? I wish I’d had someone like me back then. Someone to help me spot the mental blocks that were holding me back, instead of wasting so much time trying to figure it out on my own.
That’s why I do what I do now. As a mindset coach, I help actors clear out limiting beliefs, find balance between their dream and their real-life obligations, and create a custom plan to get where they want to go—faster, with more confidence, and a whole lot less burnout.
